Utah law requires the client or venue to supply the alcohol at every tier — what changes is everything BarHaus brings to it.
Tier One
The Essential Pour
$1.75 / guest / hour
4-hr & 40-guest minimum + $300 per bartender + tip
Clean, classic service — beer, wine, seltzers, and soft drinks poured with polish.

The Craft Bar
$2.75 / guest / hour
4-hr & 40-guest minimum + $300 per bartender + tip
Everything in The Essential Pour, plus classic mixed drinks made with fresh ingredients.

BarHaus is a Utah-based event bartending company. Every bartender we send is professionally permitted, insured, and trained to move through your event like they've always belonged there — seamless, unobtrusive, and entirely dialed in.
We work weddings, private parties, and corporate events across Utah, bringing the tools, the polish, and the craft. You — or your venue — supply the alcohol, and we handle everything else.

Alcohol Policy. BarHaus does not sell, supply, or hold a liquor license for the alcohol served at your event. Under Utah law, all alcohol must be purchased directly by the client or venue from a state-licensed retailer. BarHaus provides professional bartending labor, tools, mixers, and service — never the alcohol itself. We're glad to help you plan quantities and selections, but the purchase and legal ownership of the alcohol remains yours.

Frequently asked.
Do you provide the alcohol? +
No. Under Utah law, the client or venue supplies and owns all alcohol served at the event. BarHaus provides permitted bartending staff, bar tools, mixers, and service — everything except the alcohol itself.
My venue already has a bar. Can I still hire BarHaus? +
In most cases, yes — our Staff-Only package lets us run your venue's existing bar setup. Some venues require a Third Party Host agreement when an outside company provides service; we're happy to help coordinate that with your venue ahead of time.
How much alcohol should I buy? +
Use the calculator above for a starting estimate, and we'll help fine-tune quantities based on your guest count, hours, and package during your consultation.
Can guests who don't drink still enjoy the bar? +
Yes — every package can include a mocktail or zero-proof option, or you can book The Mocktail Bar as a fully standalone, alcohol-free service.
How do I know which package is right for my event? +
The Essential Pour suits laid-back, casual gatherings. The Craft Bar fits most weddings and corporate events. The Reserve is for hosts who want a genuinely custom, signature-drink experience.
Do larger events need more than one bartender? +
Yes — each package lists the guest count at which a second bartender is required, to keep service quality high and lines short.
